Q: Where are your products made?
All items are made-to-order through our print partners. This means every product is created just for you after you place your order — reducing waste and keeping things fresh.
Q: Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show accurate colors, but screens and settings can vary. Slight differences in shade or tone are normal and part of the print-on-demand process.
Q: Can I customize my order?
At this time, we don’t offer custom designs — but stay tuned! Personalized options may be added in future drops.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will it take to get my order?

Production time: 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: varies by location, typically 5–10 business days for U.S. orders.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but are taking the necessary steps to make that possible!
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
U.S. PO Boxes are fine for most items. For other countries, PO Boxes are not recommended, and delivery may be at your own risk.
💸 Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or “change of mind.”
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@caribbeantingz.shop with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so cancellations/changes may not be possible once placed. Email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.
📦 Bundles & Discounts
Q: How do bundle discounts work?
No codes needed! Just add qualifying items to your cart (e.g., 3 notebooks, or a phone case + notebook duo), and the discount will apply automatically.
Q: Do discounts apply to sale items?
No, discounts and bundles cannot be combined with sale items unless otherwise noted.
